8899--Two-component silicone structural sealant

Product features:
Ling Mei LM -8899 is a two-component, neutral room temperature curing silicone sealant for hollow structure, which has fast curing speed, high strength and no corrosiveness to metal, coated glass, concrete, marble and other building materials.
Excellent weather aging resistance and high and low temperature resistance, with little change in the range of -40ºC~150ºC;
Excellent adhesion to most building materials and good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.

Product use: 
Structural adhesive sealing of glass, stone and aluminum curtain wall, etc.
Structural adhesive sealing of lighting roof and metal engineering. Many other architectural and industrial uses.

Construction requirements: 
The surface of the substrate bonded with structural adhesive must be clean and dry. Use a glue gun to evenly apply glue to ensure that the hollow glue is in close contact with the base material and there is no glue, and trim the glue surface before it is solidified;
It is suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the substrate is between 4ºC and 40ºC.
Field adhesion and compatibility test must be done before use.

Precautions: 
The design, construction and installation of glass curtain wall engineering must comply with JG Technical Specification for Glass Doors and Windows Engineering;
The two components should be thoroughly and evenly mixed when used, butterfly test should be carried out before glue injection, and the breaking time should be tested once for each batch;
The suggested mixing ratio is: mass A: B =11~14:1 or volume A: B =8~10:1;
All materials in contact with this product must be tested for adhesion and compatibility;
This product is non-toxic after curing, so as to avoid the contact between uncured glue and eyes. In case of contact, please rinse with clear water immediately and seek medical advice.


Shelf life: Store in a cool and dry place with a storage temperature below 27ºC; The shelf life is 9 months.
